Short Bio

Artist & Visual Arts teacher, Intentional Creativity workshop facilitator, I believe in Peace through Painting, Jupiter Florida

Statement

My acrylic paintings include personal "Muses" that mirror my inner identity, or archetypes. Each tells its own tale, inspired by intentions to alter my internal stories and experiences, find peace, strength, resilience, or respond to my surroundings.  It's enlightening to look within, connect with the Divine Feminine, and communicate new stories. The goal is to observe my narrative through layers of color, access new symbols, and invite possibilities. This process connects me with my "Muse," and allows her to show up and speak.  With creative intention through meditative painting, I quiet my mind, listen, and find a flow state. As a certified Intentional Creativity teacher, I know art can be a portal to inner peace and self awareness. Painting is a bridge to observe when your mind is being helpful or negative, holding back progress. This allows a shift in mindset for positive movement toward my best self. I share this with others through workshops. My paintings call on these strengths to develop my insight. They are physical representations of the needed virtues for enlightenment. Do you ever need to dig down into self and ask for more strength, confidence, or peace? My paintings symbolize that healing and growth.
